  • The Fairport IDA is using grant money from ESDC to remove asbestos and petroleum-contaminated soil from two vacant properties. [Fairport-East Rochester Post]
  • The Orangeville Town Board approved a host community agreement with a wind energy developer in conjunction with a PILOT agreement between the company and the Wyoming County IDA. [Arcade Herald]

  • The Rome City School District is threatening to sue the Oneida County IDA for approving a 25 year zero-sum PILOT agreement with an energy company that supplies heat and electricity to tenants at the former Griffiss Air Force base.
